What is a subscription box?

subscription box is a recurring delivery of niche products. No matter who you are or what your interest, there’s likely a box for you. In some cases, the subscription box is a sampling of your favorite products or interests.

What happens when I purchase the box?

You will receive an SMS and email once you place the order. You will receive one box per month based on the subscription you choose. Your first box will reach you within 10 business days of creating your order.

What exactly do I get inside the box?

Each box will be packed with 4-6 products. Every month, you will receive a different set of products

What’s your return policy?

Return any of our products--no questions asked--within 10 days of purchase

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

If at all you feel that The Good News box isn't working out for your child, no worries! Just send us an email and we'll cancel your subscription and promptly refund the amount for the remaining boxes in your subscription back to your bank account!

Can I change my address in the middle of my subscription?

Absolutely! Unless the box has already been shipped, we can change your delivery address during your subscription! Just shoot us an email and we'll promptly ship the box to your new address.

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.
